People are selling and buying homes like crazy.  And of course following that is  panic of  the inevitable move.  Packing, unpack and settling is a great opportunity to pair down get organizing and start fresh. 

So be prepared to take the time to edit the things you no longer want or need, pack one room at a time and label your boxes and you settling will quickly and easily.
