Office Organizing

This process gives clients a sense of accomplishment, confidence and instant productivity.

Step #1

A confidential conversation with our Organizing Consultant. For best results we visit you in your work space or office. Focusing on what you do so we can layout the challenges. Then we discuss our process and then the unique creation of a successful system that is easy to maintain.

Step #2

Behind the scenes, we will be working to coordinate dates and arranging other services if required. Such as delivery or pick up, i.e. For packing, office supplies, office furniture, movers, booking elevators, onsite industrial shredders, rubbish removal, charity pick ups etc.

Step#3

The team arrives with supplies and smiles. The lead organizer gives the squad the run down of your operations and the plan of action for the day. We work approx. 5 hours. We start creating a system immediately, creating an area to work, a place for the excess recycling and shredding. We use a flat empty large surface for sort process. And we start turning piles into files. Nothing goes unless you okay it. Your attendance is essential. At the end of every day we work with you, you’ll be amazed with the change.

Step #4

When your job is completed, you will have a customized system for your paper flow, office supplies and anything in between that is relevant to you.
